A carer stays in your home overnight, sleeping there but on hand if you need them. This is ideal if you're mostly independent but occasionally need help in the night. A trip to the bathroom, reassurance if you wake anxious, or someone there in case of a fall or emergency. Knowing someone is there often makes an enormous difference - to sleep quality, to confidence, and to the peace of mind of the whole family.

Active care through the night
For people who need more regular support overnight, our waking night carers are awake and active throughout their shift. This is suited to people with more complex needs, those who need turning, regular medication, or whose conditions mean they're frequently awake and need help.

Full-time support, in your own home
A live-in carer is there with you all day and through the night. For people with complex or high-level needs, it's often a preferred alternative to a care home. Maintaining independence, familiar surroundings and personal routines, while having continuous support. We take real care in matching live-in clients with the right carer. Someone whose personality and approach are a good fit. A good working relationship matters more in live-in care than almost anything else.
