Elderly Home Care

Compassionate, non-judgmental support for people managing mental health conditions at home. We work alongside NHS and community mental health teams to provide the practical and emotional support that keeps life manageable.
Evergreens Day Centre
Based at Evergreens Cafe in Ashfield's Recreational Centre, Evergreens Day Service is our dedicated day centre providing a safe, engaging and structured environment where individuals can build confidence, develop skills and form meaningful connections within their community. We support people with various needs through tailored daily programmes designed around individual goals, interests and abilities.
